03. Production Process
A. Metal Procedure------Automatic Production
It is the automatic production which can enhance the work efficiency to a large extent and diminish the errors caused by human force that results in improving the products quality and lowering the cost. To achieve the objective, we have introduced advanced production technology and equipments from abroad continuously; with the reference of foreign complete and perfect managerial system, meanwhile, we have greatly promoted the entire productivity so as to ensure the sustaining development of quality.
B. Spraying Proces
The PVDF painting line of ours, building materials co., ltd., is the topnotch hall-closed CNC continuous auto line, which adopted the oversea state-of-the art equipment., ASTM standard. Suspension chain conveyor is equipped; in the water curtain spraying room three sets of computerized Ransburg electrostatic spay guns are in place; the backing oven is heated by proportional US burner. The Sheen oven temperature tracker and Minolta spectrometer are configured for online inspection. Therefore it is
a highly automated line. The coating complies with AAMA26505 standard. PVDF aluminum solid panel can be stored for 15 years under normal condition.
